Best of 2023
With more music being released than in any time in history, it’s equally as complex and time-taking to parse through the density of mediocrity to find the jewels strewn throughout.
The process of researching and sampling new music has become a daily practice for me and one that both helps to keep pace with the musical zeitgeist but also to broaden my own ear and sharpening my perception of what is alluring in music in the first place: the ability to elicit indescribable elation and immediate release into a conscious moment of feeling fully alive.
